Will WageWorks coordinate the enrollment process? Yes, we meet with our client's personnel to detail and confirm the annual enrollment process desired, define each task to be completed, assign task responsibilities and develop work schedules.

Section 125 Plans and Filing Claims

What are Section 125 Flexible Spending Plans? Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Service Code permits employees to pay for certain expenses via payroll deductions before Federal, State and Social Security/Medicare taxes are applied. This is done through an employer-sponsored plan.

Do employees have options for submitting claims? Yes! Claims can be submitted online (OCS), fax or mail. With the PBS Benefits Card, employees can pay for services and purchases at the point of sale, without using out-of-pocket dollars. They can also use the card number to pay paper invoices from providers.
